研究目的:

本研究基于病区前期营养护理方案,旨在开发一套面向于口腔颌面肿瘤组织瓣术后鼻饲患者的多学科协作信息化营养管理系统,并临床应用验证其在实现蛋白质与热量摄入精准量化管理等方面的综合效能。  

Objectives of Study:

This study is based on the previous nutritional care protocols in the ward, aiming to develop a multidisciplinary collaborative information-based nutritional management system for patients undergoing nasal feeding after oral and maxillofacial tumor tissue flap surgery, and to verify its comprehensive efficacy in achieving precise and quantitative management of protein and calorie intake through clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.口腔颌面肿瘤组织瓣修复术后鼻饲饮食患者;2.年龄≥18 岁;3.意识清醒;4.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with nasogastric tube feeding after oral and maxillofacial tumor tissue flap repair surgery; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Conscious and alert; 4. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.合并严重心肺功能障碍或代谢性疾病(如甲亢、糖尿病酮症酸中毒);2.术前 BMI ≦ 18Kg/m2、≧26Kg/m2 患者;3.糖尿病患者;4.既往胃肠道慢性炎症、溃疡病史患者;5.无法配合研究(如认知障碍、语言沟通障碍);6.研究中途自行退出患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with severe combined cardiopulmonary dysfunction or metabolic diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, diabetic ketoacidosis); 2. Patients with preoperative BMI <= 18Kg/m^2 or >= 26Kg/m^2; 3. Diabetic patients; 4. Patients with a previous history of chronic gastrointestinal inflammation or ulcers; 5. Patients unable to cooperate with the study (e.g., cognitive impairment, language communication disorders); 6. Patients who voluntarily withdrew during the study.

测量方法:

先根据患者体重及术后蛋白质推荐剂量 1.2~1.5g/(kg?d),计算出每位患者个体化的蛋白质、热量目标喂养量;干预组通过研究构建的信息化营养管理系统自动记录、计算并比对达标情况,对照组由责任护士手工记录、查表计算并人工比对达标情况,最终分别统计两组患者术后 7 日内的目标喂养量达标率。

Measure method:

First, calculate the individualized target feeding amounts of protein and calories for each patient based on the patient's body weight and the recommended postoperative protein dosage of 1.2 to 1.5 g/(kg·d). For the intervention group, the informatized nutrition management system established in the study automatically records, calculates and compares the achievement status. For the control group, the responsible nurses manually record, look up tables to calculate and manually compare the achieve
