研究目的:

中学生CPR培训在普及急救知识和技能方面具有重要意义,但同时也面临着普及率不高、知识技能掌握难点、个体因素影响以及培训模式局限等挑战。模拟人与视频结合情景剧模拟作为两种有效的培训方法,各自具有独特的优势,前者提供逼真的操作体验和即时反馈,后者则通过生动形象的情景模拟增强学习者的参与度和记忆效果。本研究旨在探究将两者结合的培训模式,是否能够有效提升中学生CPR知识、技能、自我效能和施救意愿,并具有良好的持久性。  

Objectives of Study:

CPR training for middle school students is of great significance in popularizing first aid knowledge and skills. However, it also faces challenges such as low training coverage, difficulties in mastering the knowledge and skills, influence of individual factors, and limitations of the training model. Simulation mannequins combined with video-based scenario dramas serve as two effective training methods, each with its own unique advantages. The former provides a realistic operational experience and immediate feedback, while the latter enhances the learners' engagement and memory through vivid and vivid scenarios. This study aims to explore whether the combined training model of these two methods can effectively improve middle school students' CPR knowledge, skills, self-efficacy, and willingness to provide rescue, and has good durability.

1.Junior high school students from public middle school in Hohhot City (taking into account the differences between urban and rural areas);

排除标准:

1.存在肢体障碍无法进行CPR操作的学生;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Students who have physical disabilities and are unable to perform CPR operations;
