研究目的：

本项目拟回顾性收集我院早产儿的临床诊疗数据，依托临床高危因素、发育行为评估工具集、脑影像平台和大数据智能分析平台，探索高危早产儿的脑智发育特征及其影响因素，为高危早产儿的神经发育随访策略提供新的循证医学依据，从而促进早期预防和精准评估方案的形成。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to retrospectively collect clinical diagnosis and treatment data of preterm infants from our hospital. Leveraging clinical high-risk factors, developmental behavioral assessment toolkits, neuroimaging platforms, and big data intelligent analysis platforms, it aims to explore the brain and cognitive development characteristics of high-risk preterm infants and their influencing factors. The findings will provide new evidence-based medical support for the neurodevelopmental follow-up strategies of high-risk preterm infants, thereby facilitating the formulation of early prevention and precise assessment protocols.

纳入标准：

回顾性调阅我院电子病历系统，纳入同时符合以下3条标准的病例： 1.2019年1月1日至2022年12月31日期间，我院新生儿中心收治住院的日龄<3天、胎龄<32周的早产儿； 2.矫正胎龄足月时进行了NBNA评分和MRI平扫检查的早产儿； 3.矫正胎龄6月龄时，于我院儿童保健科完善了Gesell发育评估；

Inclusion criteria

A retrospective review was conducted on the electronic medical record system of our hospital, including cases that met all of the following three criteria: 1. Preterm infants admitted to the neonatal center of our hospital between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2022, with a postnatal age of <3 days and a gestational age of <32 weeks; 2. Preterm infants who underwent NBNA scoring and MRI plain scan at the corrected gestational age of full term; 3. Preterm infants who completed the Gesell Developmental Assessment at the corrected gestational age of 6 months in the Child Health Department of our hospital.

排除标准：

回顾性调阅病例，排除符合以下1条及以上标准的病例： 1.合并基因缺陷或遗传代谢性疾病（如先天性甲状腺功能减低、苯丙酮尿症等）； 2.合并颅脑发育畸形、脑室内出血III-IV度、化脓性脑膜炎等严重脑损伤疾病； 3.住院和随访诊疗数据不完整，缺少MRI检查和6月龄时Gesell评估等关键指标和结局数据；

Exclusion criteria：

Retrospectively reviewing the medical records, cases meeting any one or more of the following criteria were excluded: 1.Combined with genetic defects or inherited metabolic diseases (such as congenital thyroid function reduction, phenylketonuria, etc.); 2. Combined with severe brain injury conditions such as cranial cerebral developmental malformation, intraventricular hemorrhage grade III-IV, or purulent meningitis; 3. Incomplete hospitalization and follow-up treatment data, lacking key indicators and outcome data such as MRI examination and Gesell assessment at 6 months of age.
