Objectives of Study: |
To investigate the efficacy of an anti-inflammatory dietary intervention tailored to Chinese dietary habits in improving cognitive function in individuals with mild cognitive impairment; to elucidate the mechanism by which the gut microbiota and its metabolites mediate the cognitive benefits of the anti-inflammatory diet, thereby establishing the pathway of "anti-inflammatory diet → gut microbiota and metabolites → cognitive function" and providing novel targets and insights for dementia intervention. |

Blinding: |
Due to the differences in interventions between the intervention group and the control group, triple-blinding could not be achieved. During the trial, contact between participants in the two groups will be minimized. Additionally, the personnel responsible for data processing and analysis will remain blinded to group allocation. |
