研究目的：

（1）构建针对血液透析患者的不同衰弱分期的多元化运动管理方案，从衰弱程度，握力值、跌倒发生率，生活质量等多个结局指标，探讨分析该运动方案对维持性血液透析患者产生的影响。 （2）探讨不同衰弱分期的多元化运动干预方案在维持性血液透析患者中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Develop a diversified exercise management program tailored to different stages of frailty in hemodialysis patients, and explore and analyze the impact of this exercise program on maintenance hemodialysis patients based on multiple outcome indicators such as frailty level, grip strength, incidence of falls, and quality of life. (2) Explore the application value of diversified exercise intervention programs in different frailty stages for maintenance hemodialysis patients.

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18岁及以上；
2.接受规律维持性血液透析治疗3个月及以上且病情稳定者；
3.意识清楚，与调查人员沟通无障碍；
4.知情同意，自愿参与本研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18 and above;
2.Patients who have received regular maintenance hemodialysis treatment for 3 months or more and have a stable condition;
3.Clear awareness and unobstructed communication with investigators;
4.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study;

排除标准：

1.认知障碍的患者；
2.处于重症或疾病末期的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with cognitive impairment;
2.Patients in severe or end-stage illness;
