研究目的：

本课题通过检测患者粪便中弹性蛋白酶水平，明确患者有无PEI，同时检测粪便微生物组学，血清代谢组学，探讨PEI与PDAC进展是否相关，探索PEI患者肠道菌群代谢对胰腺癌进展的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to determine whether patients have PEI by detecting the level of elastase in their feces. At the same time, it examines fecal microbiomics and serum metabolomics to explore whether PEI is related to the progression of PDAC and to investigate the impact of intestinal flora metabolism in PEI patients on the progression of pancreatic cancer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄需满足 >= 18 岁且 <= 80 岁； 2.初次诊断为胰腺癌； 3.就诊时未接受抗肿瘤药物治疗； 4.同意签署知情同意书入组； 5.ECOG评分 >= 0 分且 <=2 分； 6. 预期生存期 ≥ 3 个月

Inclusion criteria

1.age >= 18 and <= 80; 2.The initial diagnosis was pancreatic cancer; 3.No anti-tumor drug treatment was received at the time of medical consultation; 4.Agree to sign the informed consent form and be enrolled. 5.ECOG score: >= 0 and <=2 points; 6. The expected survival period is ≥ 3 months

排除标准：

1. 合并有其他恶性肿瘤； 2. 预期生存时间<3 个月； 3. 吸毒史或吸毒者； 4. 合并影响接受治疗的精神疾病; 5. 既往行胃肠道手术史（如胃大部切除、结肠切除等影响肠道微生物改变）； 6. 近 1 个月内使用抗生素； 7. 无法提供知情同意

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are other malignant tumors in combination; 2. Expected survival time <3 months; 3. History of drug abuse or drug users; 4. Concurrent mental disorders that affect the treatment received; 5. Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery (such as subtotal gastrectomy, colectomy, etc., which may affect changes in intestinal microbiota); 6. Antibiotics have been used within the past month; 7. Unable to provide informed consent
