研究目的：

本研究拟进行皮罗序列征术前营养支持单中心前瞻性开放标签随机对照临床试验，对确诊皮罗序列征且经评估需要进行下颌骨牵引成骨术的患儿在术前进行营养风险筛查，并将营养风险筛查阳性的患儿随机分配到术前高能量营养支持组、常规喂养组，探讨术前高能量营养支持对下颌骨牵引成骨术后临床结果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to conduct a single-center, prospective, open-label, randomized controlled clinical trial on preoperative nutritional support for Pierre Robin sequence. Nutritional risk screening will be performed on children diagnosed with Pierre Robin sequence and who are assessed to require mandibular distraction osteogenesis before surgery. Children with positive nutritional risk screening will be randomly assigned to a preoperative high-energy nutritional support group or a conventional feeding group to explore the impact of preoperative high-energy nutritional support on the clinical outcomes after mandibular distraction osteogenesis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 于广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医疗中心口腔科就诊并确诊为PRS； 2. 年龄1个月至1岁； 3. 计划行手术治疗者； 4. 营养风险筛查阳性（使用STAMP工具，评分>=4）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Visited the Department of Oral Medicine at the Affiliated Women and Children's Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and was diagnosed with PRS; 2. Age ranging from 1 month to 1 year; 3. Those planning for surgical treatment; 4. Positive for nutritional risk screening (using the STAMP tool, score >= 4).

排除标准：

1. 合并严重心、脑、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全或其他严重遗传代谢性疾病； 2. 术前已接受高能量配方喂养； 3. 家长拒绝参与。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, brain, liver, and kidneys, or other serious genetic metabolic diseases; 2. Had received high-energy formula feeding before the operation; 3. Parents refused to participate.
