研究目的：

本研究拟在中国文化情境下，以健康素养理论与COM-B模型为整合框架,在皮肤美容中心就诊的痤疮患者中，系统识别痤疮关键健康行为及其决定因素，构建“健康素养—行为机制—行为执行/维持”的解释框架，为后续量化测量与精准护理干预提供理论与证据基础,形成以“健康行为促进”为终点的研究路线，通过提升患者自我管理能力与行为稳定性，最终改善痤疮患者的治疗结局与自我体验。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop an integrated framework combining health literacy theory and the COM-B model within the Chinese sociocultural context. Among acne patients in dermatology and aesthetic settings, it will systematically identify key health behaviors and their determinants, and construct an explanatory model linking health literacy, behavioral mechanisms, and behavior execution and maintenance. The findings will provide a theoretical and empirical basis for quantitative assessment and targeted nursing interventions. Ultimately, the study adopts a “health behavior promotion” approach, aiming to improve clinical outcomes and patient-reported experiences by enhancing self-management capacity and behavioral sustainability.

纳入标准：

1.同意在研究期内保持稳定的护肤/日晒习惯； 2.签署知情同意； 3.18–35周岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18–35 years; 2.Participants agree to maintain stable skincare and sun exposure habits throughout the study period; 3.Participants who provided written informed consent were included in the study;

排除标准：

1.严重系统性疾病或认知功能障碍；
2.光敏性疾病或使用光敏药物；
3.妊娠期或哺乳期女性；

1.Severe systemic diseases or cognitive impairment;
2.Photosensitive diseases or use of photosensitizing medications;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集：临床指标收集由经过统一培训的研究者进行评估，客观指标使用评估量表评分，行为指标收集采用结构化问卷及行为记录方式记录。健康素养及心理指标采用经验证的量表对健康素养水平、生活质量及心理状态进行评估。数据记录方式所有数据由研究者填写于统一设计的Excel数据收集表。 数据管理：所有研究数据录入至受密码保护的电子数据库，仅限研究团队授权人员访问。为每位受试者分配唯一识别编码，所有数据均采用去标识化处理，以保护受试者隐私。采用双人独立录入及核对的方式确保数据准确性，并由研究团队定期进行数据审核与质量控制。对缺失或异常数据，由研究人员进行核查，必要时通过电话或电子邮件联系受试者进行补充。纸质资料（如有）统一存放于上锁文件柜中，由专人管理；电子数据定期备份。研究结束后，所有数据进行封存归档，按照相关规范进行长期保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection ：Clinical data were assessed by trained investigators who had received standardized training. Objective outcomes were evaluated using validated rating scales, while behavioral data were collected using structured questionnaires and behavioral logs.Health literacy and psychological outcomes were assessed using validated scales to evaluate health literacy level, quality of life, and psychological status.All data were recorded by investigators in a standardized Excel data collection sheet. Data Management ：All study data were entered into a password-protected electronic database, accessible only to authorized members of the research team. Each participant was assigned a unique identification code, and all data were de-identified to protect participant confidentiality.Data accuracy was ensured through double data entry and cross-verification, with regular data audits conducted by the research team for quality control. Missing or inconsistent data were reviewed and verified by investigators, and participants were contacted via telephone or email when necessary to complete missing information.Paper-based records (if any) were stored in locked filing cabinets under the supervision of designated personnel, while electronic data were regularly backed up.At the end of the study, all data were locked and archived for long-term storage in accordance with relevant regulations.
