研究目的：

术中电生理技术（INOM）在神经外科手术中的广泛应用，使麻醉医生不仅要了解电生理监测技术，还要熟知麻醉管理中各个因素对电生理监测的影响，避免使用对其有影响的麻醉药物。本研究旨在探讨环泊酚静脉全身麻醉对面神经微血管减压术患者术中电生理监测的影响，为临床用药提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The widespread application of intraoperative electrophysiology (INOM) in neurosurgery has made it necessary for anesthesiologists not only to understand the electrophysiological monitoring technology, but also to be familiar with the effects of various factors on electrophysiological monitoring in anesthesia management, avoiding the use of anesthetic agent that may affect it. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of intravenous general anesthesia with ciprofol on intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring in patients undergoing facial nerve microvascular decompression surgery , providing a basis for clinical medication.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 ≥18岁且 ≤75岁，性别不限； 2. 确诊为原发性面肌痉挛（HFS），符合MVD手术指征； 3. 完整的麻醉记录和完整的术中电生理监测数据； 4. 美国麻醉医师协会（American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA）分级为Ⅰ~Ⅲ级者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age≥18 years old and≤75 years old, gender not limited; 2.Diagnosed with primary hemifacial spasm (HFS), consistent with MVD surgical indications; 3.Complete anesthesia records and intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring data; 4.Those classified as grades I-III by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA);

排除标准：

1. 合并其他神经系统疾病（如多发性硬化、颅内肿瘤、脑卒中后遗症等）； 2. 既往有同侧颅脑手术或外伤史； 3. 合并严重心肺肝肾疾病（ASA分级 ≥IV级）。 4. 临床资料缺失

Exclusion criteria：

1.Merge other neurological diseases (such as multiple sclerosis, intracranial tumors, post-stroke sequelae, etc.); 2.Previous history of ipsilateral cranial surgery or trauma; 3.Concurrent severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney diseases(ASA grade≥IV). 4. Missing clinical data
