研究目的：

研究核心肌群训练对不完全性脊髓损伤患者康复治疗效果，探讨核心肌群训练对不完全脊髓损伤患者运动功能、平衡步行能力及日常生活能力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of core strength training in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury, and to explore its impact on movement function, balance, walking ability, and activities of daily living

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄在 18-65 岁； 2. 脊髓损伤分级 C-D 级； 3. 临床病程在 6 个月之内； 4. 生命体征稳定，均由临床科室完成前期治疗或手术，伤口及骨折部位愈合良好，脊柱稳定，内固定无异常

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 18 and 65; 2. Spinal cord injury classification: C-D grades; 3. The clinical course of the disease is within six months. 4. All vital signs are stable. The clinical departments have completed the preliminary treatment or surgery. The wounds and fracture sites have healed well. The spine is stable and there are no abnormalities in internal fixation

排除标准：

1. 有严重的重要脏器疾病或胸腹腔脏器伤着； 2. 有严重身体畸形及截肢者； 3. 有严重意识、认知障碍或精神病疾患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are serious diseases of vital organs or injuries to thoracic and abdominal organs; 2. Those with severe physical deformities or amputations; 3. Those with severe consciousness, cognitive impairments or mental disorders
