研究目的:

1. 主要目的:研究旨在构建AD及其前驱阶段MCI患者的多模态MRI数据(sMRI、DTI、rs-fMRI、t-fMRI)和临床评估量表、认知评定量表、行为测试等行为数据的数据库,系统解析AD不同疾病阶段与运动能力变化相关的脑功能、脑结构动态变化,如功能连接变化、皮层厚度变化等。 2. 次要目的:寻找基于运动系统异常的潜在早期筛查标志物,为AD早期诊断提供客观理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Main Objectives: The purpose of this study is to construct a database of multimodal MRI data (sMRI, DTI, rs-fMRI, t-fMRI) and behavioral data such as clinical assessment scales, cognitive rating scales, behavioral tests and other behavioral data of AD and prodrom MCI patients, and systematically analyze the dynamic changes of brain function and brain structure related to motor ability changes in different stages of AD. Such as functional connectivity changes, cortical thickness changes, etc. 2. Secondary objectives: To find potential early screening markers based on motor system abnormalities and provide objective theoretical basis for early diagnosis of AD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.AD 患者符合 DSM-5 中阿尔茨海默病所致重度神经认知障碍的诊断标准; 2.MCI 患者为符合 DSM-5 中阿尔茨海默病所致轻度神经认知障碍的患者。 3.健康老年被试为性别、年龄和受教育程度与患者组相匹配的右利手健康老年人。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with AD met the DSM-5 criteria for severe neurocognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease; 2. MCI was defined as meeting DSM-5 criteria for mild neurocognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease. 3. Healthy elderly subjects were right-handed healthy elderly people matched for gender, age and education level to the patient group.

排除标准:

1.排除精神病史; 2.无严重医学或神经系统疾病和躯体疾病史; 3.非酒精或药物依赖者; 4.非严重的听觉和视力障碍者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Exclusion of psychiatric history; 2. No history of serious medical or neurological or physical diseases; 3. Non-alcohol or drug dependent; 4. Persons with non-severe hearing and vision impairment.
