研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探讨SLE-DAS在系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动度评估中的有效性。 2. 次要目的：SLE-DAS在检测有临床意义的疾病活动度变化方面的性能；SLE-DAS和临床表现、血清学指标及狼疮患者健康相关生活质量（LupusQol）的相关性；SLE-DAS预测累计器官损害指数（SLICC ACR Damage Index）进展的价值；检测基于SLE-DAS和SLEDAI 2000疾病活动度分级的相关性和一致性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: to investigate the validity of the SLE-DAS in the assessment of disease activity in systemic lupus erythematosus. 2. Secondary aims: the performance of SLE-DAS in detecting clinically meaningful changes in disease activity; the correlation between SLE-DAS and clinical presentation, serologic indices, and health-related quality of life (LupusQol) in lupus patients; the value of SLE-DAS in predicting progression of the Cumulative Organ Damage Index (SLICC ACR Damage Index); and the testing of the correlation and concordance of SLE-DAS based on the correlation and concordance between SLE-DAS and SLEDAI 2000 disease activity grading.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合ACR-1997、SLICC-2012或EULAR/ACR-2019分类标准的门诊和住院患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Outpatients and inpatients meeting the classification criteria for ACR-1997, SLICC-2012, or EULAR/ACR-2019.

排除标准：

1.重叠其他风湿性疾病（如类风湿关节炎、炎症性肌病）、严重感染的患者、临床表现不能归因于系统性红斑狼疮的患者（如糖尿病肾病）、不能配合完成疾病评估量表的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with overlapping other rheumatic diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory myopathies), patients with severe infections, patients with clinical manifestations that cannot be attributed to SLE (e.g., diabetic nephropathy), and patients who are unable to cooperate in completing the Disease Assessment Scale.
