研究目的：

1. 量化评估该群体职业倦怠的流行率及严重程度; 2. 全面识别导致其职业倦怠的关键风险因素和保护性因素; 3. 基于“工作需求-资源（JD-R）"模型，构建一个适用于县级医院ICU的职业倦怠影响因素路径模型; 4. 制定和实施针对该地区、该层级医院的特异性、多层次的倦怠干预策略提供精准化的实证依据  

Objectives of Study：

1. To quantitatively assess the prevalence and severity of occupational burnout symptoms in this population. 2. To comprehensively identify the key risk and protective factors contributing to their occupational burnout. 3. To construct a path model for influencing factors of occupational burnout suitable for ICUs in county-level hospitals based on the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model. 4. To provide precise empirical evidence for formulating and implementing specific, multi-level intervention strategies against burnout for hospitals at this level in this region

纳入标准：

选取黄河三角洲地区（东营、滨州、淄博、潍坊北部等）至少 8 所县级综合性医院的 ICU 全体在职医生和护士为研究对象

Inclusion criteria

All on-the-job doctors and nurses in the icus of at least 8 county-level general hospitals in the Yellow River Delta region (Dongying, Binzhou, Zibo, northern Weifang, etc.) were selected as the research objects

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过“问卷星”平台制作电子问卷，使用SPSS 26.0和AMOS 26.0软件。采用描述性分析、t检验、χ2检验、Pearson相关分析、多元线性回归分析以及结构方程模型（SEM）进行路径分析和中介效应检验。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Electronic questionnaires were developed via the Wenjuanxing platform. SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 software were used for data analysis. Descriptive analysis, t-test, chi-square test, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM) were performed for path analysis and mediation effect testing.
