研究目的：

通过前瞻性队列研究评估宫腔灌注自体富血小板血浆对宫腔粘连术后薄型子宫内膜患者的子宫内膜及月经模式的影响，进一步对受试者的子宫内膜特点进行分层分析，探讨影响PRP促进子宫内膜修复的相关因素，目的是为了精确指导PRP治疗应用于合适的人群，针对不同内膜情况的病人选择更具个体化的治疗方式。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective cohort study evaluated the effects of intrauterine infusion of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) on endometrial thickness and menstrual patterns in patients with thin endometrium following intrauterine adhesion surgery. Further stratified analysis of endometrial characteristics was conducted to explore factors influencing PRP-promoted endometrial repair. The objective is to precisely guide the application of PRP therapy to suitable populations and select more individualized treatment approaches for patients with varying endometrial conditions.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18~40岁；2.三维超声下种植窗口期子宫内膜厚度<6mm；3.有生育要求；4.同意本研究及术后随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18~40 years; 2. Endometrial thickness <6 mm during the implantation window as assessed by 3D ultrasound; 3. Desire to conceive; 4. Consent to participate in this study and undergo postoperative follow-up.

排除标准：

1.年龄<18或>40岁； 2.三维超声种植窗口期子宫内膜厚度>=6mm； 3.子宫内膜病变； 4.HGB<100g/L； 5.PLT<100×10^9/L； 6.AMH值<1.1ng/ml； 7.排卵障碍； 8.多囊卵巢综合征； 9.严重内外科合并症； 10.恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age <18 or >40 years; 2. Endometrial thickness >=6mm during the implantation window as determined by 3D ultrasound; 3. Endometrial pathology; 4. HGB < 100 g/L; 5. PLT < 100 × 10^9/L; 6. AMH < 1.1 ng/mL; 7. Ovulatory dysfunction; 8. Polycystic ovary syndrome; 9. Severe internal or surgical comorbidities; 10. Malignant tumors.
