研究目的：

1. 评价 V-ERAT 中支架置入对阑尾炎复发的影响及其保护作用。 2.评价支架对临床成功率、疼痛缓解、住院时长及医疗花费的影响。 3.监测支架相关并发症，评价该技术的安全性及患者耐受程度。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the effect and protective role of stent placement on appendicitis recurrence after V-ERAT. 2.To assess the impact of stenting on clinical success, symptom relief, length of hospital stay, and medical costs. 3.To monitor stent-related complications and evaluate the procedural safety and patient tolerance.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：经临床表现或辅助检查疑诊阑尾炎，自愿接受 V-ERAT 且确诊为： 1.急性非复杂性阑尾炎（包括急性单纯性阑尾炎和急性化脓性阑尾炎） 2.急性复杂性阑尾炎（仅纳入伴有阑尾周围脓肿的阑尾炎） 3.慢性阑尾炎（右下腹间歇性疼痛持续超过数周或呈反复发作性疼痛）

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Appendicitis was suspected by clinical manifestations or auxiliary examination, voluntarily underwent V-ERAT and was confirmed as: 1. Acute uncomplicated appendicitis (including acute simple appendicitis and acute suppurative appendicitis) 2. Acute complicated appendicitis (only appendicitis with periappendiceal abscess was included) 3. Chronic appendicitis (intermittent pain in the right lower abdomen lasting more than a few weeks or with recurrent episodes)

排除标准：

1.腹痛由结肠憩室炎、尿路结石、输卵管炎、胆囊炎、胆管炎及盆腔炎等其他疾病引起 2.坏疽性阑尾炎及阑尾穿孔 3.合并其他阑尾疾病如阑尾囊肿、阑尾肿瘤的患者 4.阑尾开口狭窄或闭塞，阑尾插管失败不能进行 ERAT 治疗 5.因心、肺、凝血系统等严重功能不全、妊娠而不能耐受肠镜检查或治疗的患者 6.结肠严重狭窄或梗阻不能完成结肠镜检查及其他结肠镜检查禁忌的患者 7.缺乏基线特征或随访数据的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abdominal pain is caused by other conditions such as colonic diverticulitis, urinary calculi, salpingitis, cholecystitis, cholangitis, and pelvic inflammatory disease 2. Gangrenous appendicitis and appendiceal perforation 3. Patients with other appendiceal diseases such as appendiceal cysts and appendiceal tumors 4. Stenosis or occlusion of the appendiceal opening and failure of appendiceal intubation cannot be treated with ERAT 5. Patients who cannot tolerate colonoscopy or treatment due to severe dysfunction of heart, lung, coagulation system or pregnancy 6. Patients with severe colon stenosis or obstruction who cannot complete colonoscopy or other colonoscopy contraindications 7. Patients lacking baseline characteristics or follow-up data
