研究目的：

本研究旨在通过随机对照试验，评估观看吃播视频这一干预措施对消化系统肿瘤化疗患者食欲的影响，探讨其作为非药物干预手段在临床支持治疗中的应用潜力，为改善消化系统肿瘤化疗患者食欲提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the effect of watching mukbang videos as an intervention on appetite in patients with digestive system tumors undergoing chemotherapy through a randomized controlled trial, explore its application potential as a non-pharmacological intervention in clinical supportive care, and provide new insights for improving appetite in this patient population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.经病理学确诊为消化系统恶性肿瘤（具体为食管肿瘤、胃肿瘤、十二指肠肿瘤、小肠肿瘤、结直肠肿瘤、肝脏肿瘤、胆囊肿瘤、胰腺肿瘤、壶腹周围肿瘤），接受化疗治疗的患者； 3.食量较平素减少<=1/3及以上者； 4.患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Pathologically confirmed malignant tumors of the digestive system (specifically esophageal tumors, gastric tumors, duodenal tumors, small intestine tumors, colorectal tumors, liver tumors, gallbladder tumors, pancreatic tumors, periampullary tumors), patients receiving chemotherapy; 3. Food intake reduced by <= 1/3 or more compared to usual; 4. Patient provides informed consent.

排除标准：

1.存在严重消化道梗阻、吸收不良综合征等影响进食的疾病； 2.有严重视觉、听觉障碍，无法观看视频； 3.有精神疾病史或认知功能障碍，无法配合研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe gastrointestinal obstruction, malabsorption syndrome, or other diseases affecting eating; 2. Severe visual or hearing impairment, unable to watch videos; 3. History of mental illness or cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with the study.

Patients were allocated to either the intervention group or the control group at a 1:1 ratio using a computer-generated randomization sequence. The randomization scheme was generated by an independent statistician and was maintained in opaque, sealed envelopes to ensure allocation concealment.
