研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨KAP护理模式联合“H2H”营养治疗相较常规护理模式在鼻咽癌放疗患者中更具优势，以期为鼻咽癌患者提供更好的临床护理。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to determine whether the KAP nursing model combined with “H2H” nutritional therapy is superior to conventional nursing in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy, in order to provide better clinical care for these patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合我院鼻咽癌收治标准； 2. 患者本人同意，家属知情； 3. 满足我院医学伦理规范； 4. 预期存活期超过 6 个月患者

Inclusion criteria

1. It meets the admission criteria for nasopharyngeal carcinoma of our hospital. 2. The patient agrees and the family members are informed. 3. Comply with the medical ethics norms of our hospital; 4. Patients with an expected survival period exceeding six months

排除标准：

1. 临床配合度较低者； 2. 资料不完整患者； 3. 生命体征不稳定者； 4. 多发恶性肿瘤患者； 5. 重要组织器官功能不全者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lower clinical cooperation; 2. Incomplete information; 3. Unstable vital signs; 4. Multiple malignant tumors; 5. Impaired functions of important tissues and organs

采用PEMS3.1forWindows“完全随机（两组及多组）设计程序”产生随机数字（受试对象总数=600，处理组数=2，每组例数相等）。符合入选标准的病人按入组先后顺序随机分为观察和对照组。

Random numbers were generated using the "Completely Random (two groups and more groups) Design Program" of PMS 3.1forWindows (total number of subjects =600, number of processing groups =2, and the number of cases in each group was equal). Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of enrollment.
