研究目的：

1.观察无菌痔疮套扎线在混合痔外切内扎术中及术后的效果； 2.分析比较无菌痔疮套扎线与丝线结扎、痔疮套扎器在混合痔术后的差异；明确无菌痔疮套扎线在混合痔外切内扎术中的优势，推广应用，以期取代痔疮套扎器。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Observe the effect of sterile hemorrhoid ligation thread in the external excision and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids during and after surgery; 2. Analyze and compare the differences between sterile hemorrhoid ligation thread, silk thread ligation, and hemorrhoid ligation device after mixed hemorrhoid surgery; clarify the advantages of sterile hemorrhoid ligation thread in external excision and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids, promote its application, and hope to replace the hemorrhoid ligation device.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中华中医药学会2012年发布的《ZYYXH/T322－341－2012中医肛肠科常见病诊疗指南》中关于混合痔的诊断标准； 2.18-60周岁，男女不限； 3.患者身体状况可耐受麻醉和手术； 4.同意本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for mixed hemorrhoids as outlined in the "ZYYXH/T322-341-2012 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine Anorectal Surgery" published by the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2012;
2.Aged 18-60, male or female;
3.The patient's physical condition allows for tolerance of anesthesia and surgery;
4.Agree to this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并肛门感染性疾病、直肠恶性肿瘤者；
2.合并有炎症性肠病者；
3.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
4.合并免疫缺陷疾病、精神方面疾病者；
5.既往肛门手术史或瘢痕体质的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with combined anal infectious diseases, rectal malignant tumors;
2.Individuals with inflammatory bowel disease;
3.Women during pregnancy and lactation;
4.Individuals with combined immune deficiency and mental illnesses;
5.Patients with a history of anal surgery or scarring.
