研究目的：

引进并文化调适量表：对英文版护士人工智能使用伦理意识量表(the Nurses' AI Ethical Awareness Scale, NAIEA Scale)进行翻译、回译及跨文化调适，形成符合中国护理文化背景的中文版本，确保量表条目在语言表达、伦理情境及专业实践上的对等性与适宜性。  

Objectives of Study：

To introduce and culturally adapt the scale, translate, back-translate, and cross-culturally adjust the English version of the Nurses' AI Ethical Awareness Scale (NAIEA Scale), thereby developing a Chinese version that aligns with the Chinese nursing cultural context, ensuring the equivalence and appropriateness of the scale items in terms of language expression, ethical scenarios, and professional practice.

纳入标准：

1.持有护士执业证书； 2.在职护士； 3.同意参与本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Hold a valid nursing practice certificate; 2. Be a currently employed nurse; 3. Agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.有严重精神或躯体疾病的护士； 2.因休假及其他原因不在岗的护士； 3.在抽样医院进修学习的其他医院护士。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurses with severe mental or physical illnesses; 2. Nurses not on duty due to leave or other reasons; 3. Nurses from other hospitals who are undergoing training or further study at the sampling hospital.
