研究目的：

心理-神经-心血管轴 (Psycho-Neuro-Cardiovascular Axis) 的调节作用是否为麻醉诱导期的严重低血压的独立风险因素，进一步探究其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Whether the regulatory function of the Psycho-Neuro-Cardiovascular Axis (Psycho-Neuro-Cardiovascular Axis) is an independent risk factor for severe hypotension during the induction period of anesthesia, and to further explore its mechanism of action.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18 - 65 岁（排除血管硬化导致的压力反射迟钝）。
2.拟行择期全身麻醉手术。
3.ASA 分级 I - II 级。
4.术前同意佩戴 Holter 并签署知情同意书。
5.手术指征要求行桡动脉穿刺置管测压者（如腹部大手术、胸科手术、脊柱手术等）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18 - 65 (excluding those with dulled pressure reflex caused by arteriosclerosis). 2. A scheduled general anesthesia surgery is planned. 3. ASA Classification I - II. 4. Preoperatively agree to wear a Holter monitor and sign the informed consent form. 5. Surgical indications require radial artery puncture catheterization for pressure measurement (such as major abdominal surgery, thoracic surgery, spinal surgery, etc.).

排除标准：

1.心律失常: 持续性房颤、频发室早/房早 (>5次/分)、起搏器植入者（干扰 HRV 分析）。
2.干扰药物: 长期服用 -受体阻滞剂 (Beta-blockers)、抗心律失常药、拟交感/副交感药物。(注：长期服用 SSRI/SNRI 抗抑郁药者不排除，但需记录)。
3.自主神经病变: 严重的糖尿病并发症（如糖尿病足、确诊的自主神经病变）。
4.气道/反流风险: 困难气道或饱胃患者（无法执行标准化缓慢诱导）。 基础低血压: 入室基础 SBP < 90 mmHg。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Arrhythmia: Persistent atrial fibrillation, frequent premature ventricular/atrial contractions (>5 times/min), pacemaker recipients (interfering with HRV analysis). 2. Interfering medications: Long-term use - receptor blockers (Beta-blockers), antiarrhythmic drugs, sympathetic/parasympathetic agents. (Note: Long-term use of SSRI/SNRI antidepressants cannot be ruled out, but it should be recorded). 3. Autonomic neuropathy: a serious complication of diabetes (such as diabetic foot, confirmed autonomic neuropathy). 4. Airway/Reflux Risk: Difficult airway or patients with a full stomach (unable to perform standard slow induction). Baseline Hypotension: Baseline SBP < 90 mmHg upon admission.
