比较纤维蛋白胶与氰基丙烯酸酯胶治疗角膜穿孔的疗效及不良反应的发生情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the fibrin glue with cyanoacrylate glue for the management of corneal perforation in terms of effectiveness and occurrence of side effects.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 18-85 岁 2. 严重角膜变薄或穿孔，大小不超过 3mm

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-85 years 2. Severe corneal thinning or perforation of size 3mm or less

排除标准：

1. 既往曾接受针对角膜变薄或穿孔的手术干预，如结膜瓣、板层移植、羊膜移植。 2. 角膜移植片（角膜成形术）上出现严重变薄或穿孔。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous surgical intervention for corneal thinning or perforation such as conjuctival flap, tectonic graft, amniotic membrane graft. 2. Severe thinning or perforation in a corneal graft (keratoplasty).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有在拉合尔梅奥医院眼科研究所就诊并符合纳入要求的患者将在机构审查委员会批准后加入研究。将采取知情的书面同意。采用抛硬币法将患者分为氰基丙烯酸酯组和纤维蛋白胶组。如果一组的样本量比另一组先达到，则将剩余的患者进入第二组。经过详细检查（视力、裂隙灯、赛德尔试验）后，将胶水涂在角膜穿孔处。视力、裂隙灯检查和西德尔试验将在第0、1、7和30天重复进行。如果赛德尔试验在第0、1或7天呈阳性，则需要重新涂胶。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All the patients presenting in the institute of ophthalmology, Mayo hospital, Lahore, and meeting the inclusion requirements will be added to the study following Institutional Review Board approval. Informed written consent will be taken. The patients will be allocated either cyanoacrylate or fibrin glue group by flip coin method. If sample size of one group is achieved before the other one, the remaining patients will be entered to second group. After detailed examination (visual acuity, slit lamp, siedel test), glue will be applied to the area of corneal perforation. Visual acuity, Slit lamp examination and siedel test will be repeated at day 0, 1, 7 and 30. If seidel test is positive at day 0, 1 or 7, glue will be reapplied.
