找到与类风湿关节炎相关的代谢差异标志物，差异代谢物及其相应的代谢通路，为其机制的研究奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Identifying biomarkers associated with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis, along with differential metabolites and their corresponding metabolic pathways, lays the groundwork for investigating its underlying mechanisms.

纳入标准：

1.所有患者均符合类风湿关节炎诊断标准（美国风湿病协会，ACR），明确诊断为类风湿性关节炎，诊断依据：RA的诊断需满足以下临床特征： （1）涉及三个或更多关节的炎症性关节炎； （2）类风湿因子（RF）和/或抗瓜氨酸肽/蛋白抗体（ACPA）阳性，例如抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体（anti-CCP）检测；（3）C反应蛋白（CRP）或红细胞沉降率（ESR）水平升高； （4）已排除具有相似临床特征的疾病，特别是银屑病关节炎、急性病毒性多关节炎、多关节痛风或焦磷酸钙沉积病和系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）； （5）症状持续时间超过六周； 2.健康对照组选取同期健康体检者，临床实验室检查排除其他免疫系统疾病。 3.所有研究对象的临床资料完整且自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients met the diagnostic criteria for rheumatoid arthritis (American College of Rheumatology, ACR) and were clearly diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Diagnostic basis: The diagnosis of RA must meet the following clinical features: (1) Inflammatory arthritis involving three or more joints; (2) Positive rheumatoid factor (RF) and/or anti-citrullinated peptide/protein antibodies (ACPA), such as anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (anti-CCP) testing; (3) Elevated levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) or erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR); (4) Exclusion of diseases with similar clinical features, especially psoriatic arthritis, acute viral polyarthritis, polyarticular gout or calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease, and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE); (5) Symptoms lasting more than six weeks; 2. The healthy control group was selected from individuals undergoing health examinations during the same period, with clinical laboratory tests excluding other immune system diseases. 3. Complete clinical data were available for all study subjects, and they voluntarily participated in this study.
