研究目的：

研究头颈部恶性肿瘤的最佳治疗方案，提高患者的生存期，减少并发症发生。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the optimal treatment regimen for head and neck malignant tumors, improve patient survival, and reduce the occurrence of complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≧18岁；性别不限 2.2019年1月-2025年9月就诊赣州市人民医院的经病理诊断为头颈恶性肿瘤的患者，CT、MRI影像学检查明确有客观可测量病灶大小及数量； 3.接受过手术治疗和（或）使用化疗药物治疗、靶向药、免疫药物治疗； 4.能定期参加随访的。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18; any gender 2.Patients diagnosed with head and neck malignant tumors by pathology who visited Ganzhou People's Hospital between January 2019 and September 2025, with objective measurable lesion size and quantity confirmed by CT and MRI imaging; 3.Received surgical treatment and/or chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy; 4.Able to attend regular follow-up visits;

排除标准：

1.合并重症感染者、精神疾病者；
2.不能完成放化疗患者；
3.免疫系统疾病及行免疫治疗者；
4.经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究的头颈恶性肿瘤患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe infection or psychiatric disorders;
2.Patients unable to complete radiotherapy and chemotherapy;
3.Patients with immune system diseases or receiving immunotherapy;
4.Patients with head and neck malignant tumors deemed unsuitable for this study by the investigator;
