研究目的：

研发一套适用于基层医疗场景的进展期结直肠腺瘤术后再发风险智能分层系统，最终形成可指导个体化随访的临床决策支持工具。  

Objectives of Study：

A primary care?ready stratification system for post?resection recurrence risk of advanced colorectal adenoma, providing patient?specific follow?up guidance as a clinical decision support tool.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.具备完整的基线临床资料与随访结局； 2.年龄≥18岁； 3. 肠道准备充分，结肠镜检查达回盲部； 4.病理确诊为进展期腺瘤； 5.术后至2027年6月30日至少完成一次结肠镜复查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Complete baseline clinical data and follow?up outcomes; 2.Age >=18 years; 3.Adequate bowel preparation with cecal intubation; 4. Histopathologically confirmed advanced adenoma; 5.At least one follow?up colonoscopy performed after resection and before June 30, 2027.

排除标准：

1.既往有CRC、结直肠腺瘤手术史，或基线诊断为癌； 2.患有家族性腺瘤性息肉病或炎症性肠病； 3.内镜或病理提示腺瘤未完全切除； 4.术后有效随访时间不足6个月。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Prior history of colorectal cancer (CRC) or colorectal adenoma surgery, or baseline diagnosis of cancer; 2.Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD); 3.Incomplete adenoma resection on endoscopic or histopathological assessment; 4.Follow?up duration <6 months after resection.
