研究目的：

本项目旨在系统探索母亲孕期情绪、肠道菌群、代谢物、饮食多维因素对子代免疫的影响及其潜在机制。研究将综合分析多维因素的交互作用，明确其对子代免疫的协同或拮抗效应，为孕期健康管理及临床干预策略提供理论依据，最终促进母婴健康。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to systematically investigate the effects of maternal prenatal emotional status, gut microbiota, metabolites, and dietary factors on offspring immunity, as well as the underlying mechanisms. The study will comprehensively analyze the interactions among these multidimensional factors to elucidate their synergistic or antagonistic effects on offspring immune function. The findings are expected to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing maternal health management during pregnancy and developing targeted clinical intervention strategies, ultimately promoting maternal and child health.

纳入标准：

1.患者充分了解本研究，自愿参加并签署知情同意书；
2.年龄在18-35岁之间的女性；
3.自然怀孕的女性；
4.愿意随访至生产后12个月的女性；
5.愿意遵守研究方案和研究要求；

Inclusion criteria

1.Participants who fully understand the study, voluntarily agree to participate, and provide written informed consent (ICF);
2.Females aged 18–35 years;
3.Women with natural (spontaneous) pregnancy;
4.Willing to be followed up until 12 months postpartum;
5.Willing to comply with the study protocol and requirements;

排除标准：

1.患有艾滋病、活动性肝炎、梅毒等传染病的女性；
2.慢性病患者，包括精神病、心血管疾病、肾病、孕前消化系统疾病等；
3.多胎妊娠；
4.孕期或孕前一个月使用过抗生素和/或为微生物制剂的个体；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Women with infectious diseases, including HIV, active hepatitis, or syphilis;
2.Individuals with chronic diseases, including psychiatric disorders, cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases, or pre-existing digestive system diseases;
3.Multiple pregnancy;
4.Use of antibiotics and/or probiotics within one month before pregnancy or during pregnancy;
