研究目的：

项目将研究基于多模态脑功能评估及视频技术的急性脑梗死取栓术后风险监测的数字化关键技术，以期为急性脑梗死取栓术后的精准医疗提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The project will study the digital key technologies for risk monitoring after thrombectomy for acute cerebral infarction based on multimodal brain function assessment and video technology, with the aim of providing a scientific basis for precise medical treatment after thrombectomy for acute cerebral infarction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合2018年中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南诊断标准，头颅CTA、MRA或DSA证实存在大血管闭塞（颈内动脉、大脑中动脉M1段或M2段、椎动脉、基底动脉）的急性脑梗死患者； 2.发病24小时内； 3.年龄≥18岁； 4.患者或家属签署手术知情同意书； 5.血管再通术后mTICI达到2b-3级； 6.患者颞窗透声性良好，可经颞窗探测脑血流情况；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with acute cerebral infarction who meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke and whose large vessel occlusion (internal carotid artery, M1 or M2 segment of the middle cerebral artery, vertebral artery, basilar artery) is confirmed by cranial CTA, MRA or DSA; 2. Within 24 hours of onset; 3.Age >=18 years old; 4. The patient or their family members sign the informed consent form for the surgery; 5.The mTICI reached grade 2b-3 after vascular recanalization surgery; 6. The patient has good acoustic transmission through the temporal window, and cerebral blood flow can be detected through the temporal window.

排除标准：

1.双侧颞窗闭合不能探及脑血流； 2.合并影响患者预后的其他严重的心血管、呼吸、血液系统疾病等； 3.患者发病前mRS＞2分。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The bilateral temporal Windows were closed and cerebral blood flow could not be detected; 2. Other serious cardiovascular, respiratory and hematological diseases that affect the prognosis of the patient, etc; 3. The patient's mRS Was greater than 2 points before the onset of the disease.
