研究目的:

1) 旨在研究单独限时进食、单独抗阻-有氧运动以及限时进食联合抗阻-有氧运动对肥胖老年人脂肪质量百分比和肌肉质量百分比的影响。 2) 旨在比较单独或联合应用限时进食和抗阻-有氧运动,哪种干预方式更能有效改善肥胖老年人的身体功能、代谢健康和生活质量。  

Objectives of Study:

1) To examine the effect of TRE alone, aerobic-resistance exercise alone, and combined TRE and aerobic-resistance exercise on fat mass % and muscle mass % in older adults with obesity. 2) To determine whether isolated or combined TRE and aerobic-resistance exercise is more effective for improving physical function, metabolic health, and quality of life in older adults with obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1) 60-80岁男性和女性成年人; 2) 肥胖:BMI≥25.0 kg/m2; 3) 体力活动不足(每周运动量不足150分钟)且久坐不动(每天久坐时间>8小时); 4) 基线进食时间超过12小时/天; 5) 药物服用习惯在入住前6个月内稳定。

Inclusion criteria

1. male and female adults aged 60–80 years; 2. obesity: BMI >=25.0 kg/m2; 3. insufficient PA (<150 minutes of MVPA per week) and highly sedentary (sedentary time >8 hours/day); 4. baseline eating period longer than 12 hours/day; 5. stable medication use for 6 months before enrollment.

排除标准:

1) 目前正在参加体重管理计划; 2) 过去 3 个月内体重不稳定(体重减轻或增加超过 5%); 3) 既往或当前有严重心肺疾病史,例如近期心肌梗死或不稳定型心绞痛; 4) 影响运动能力的肌肉骨骼或神经肌肉损伤。

Exclusion criteria:

1. current participation in a weight-management program; 2. unstable body weight in the past 3 months (loss or gain of greater than 5%); 3. past or current history of severe cardio-pulmonary disease, e.g., recent myocardial infarction or unstable angina; 4. musculoskeletal or neuromuscular impairments that affect the ability to exercise.
