研究目的：

1. 建立以“肥胖-衰老”交互轴为核心的粤西人群长期随访队列，构建代谢综合征相关综合数据库 2. 解析“肥胖-衰老”交互轴在代谢综合征发生中的关键基因和调控通路 3. 开发基于“TyG-衰老指数”的代谢综合征风险预测模型，提供区域化精准防控策略  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a long-term follow-up cohort of the population in western Guangdong centered on the "obesity-aging" interaction axis and construct a comprehensive database related to metabolic syndrome2. Analyze the key genes and regulatory pathways of the "obesity-aging" interaction axis in the occurrence of metabolic syndrome3. Develop a risk prediction model for metabolic syndrome based on the "TYG-Aging Index" and provide regionalized precise prevention and control strategies.

纳入标准：

纳入标准： 1.年龄18-75岁粤西户籍或常住>=5年； 2.知情同意并签署书面协议； 3.能够配合完成问卷调查、体格检查。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years, residents of western Guangdong or have lived there for >=5 years; 2. Informed consent obtained and written agreement signed; 3. Able to cooperate with completing questionnaires and physical examinations.

排除标准：

排除标准： 1.已确诊MetS（CDS标准）； 2.合并严重疾病（癌症、终末期肾病、心衰III-IV级），预期寿命<5年（如晚期疾病）； 3.长期使用糖皮质激素/免疫抑制剂； 4.近6个月内有重大手术史、外伤史或急性感染性疾病； 5.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 6.已知的内分泌疾病导致继发性肥胖（如库欣综合征、甲状腺功能减退未控制）； 7.无法完成随访或沟通障碍者； 8.计划3年内迁出粤西地区。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: 1. Diagnosed with MetS (CDS criteria); 2. Presence of severe illnesses (cancer, end-stage renal disease, heart failure NYHA class III-IV), with expected life expectancy <5 years (e.g., advanced diseases); 3. Long-term use of glucocorticoids/immunosuppressants; 4. History of major surgery, trauma, or acute infectious disease in the past 6 months; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6. Known endocrine diseases causing secondary obesity (e.g., Cushing's syndrome, uncontrolled hypothyroidism); 7. Inability to complete follow-up or having communication barriers; 8. Plans to move out of the western Guangdong region within 3 years.
