研究目的：

通过RCT研究，明确益生菌对超重/肥胖不孕症患者卵母细胞质量和IVF-ET结局的影响。并利用多组学技术，构建益生菌改善肥胖不孕症患者卵泡局部微环境的分子调控网络。  

Objectives of Study：

Through RCT research, clarify the effect of probiotics on oocyte mass and IVF-ET outcome in patients with overweight/obese infertility. And use multi-group technology to build a molecular regulation network for probiotics to improve the local microenvironment of follicles in obese and infertility patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2025 年 10 月~2027 年 12 月在四川省妇幼保健院生殖医学中心通过 IVF-ET 助孕患者； 2.20-40 岁； 3.BMI >= 25 kg/m^2； 4.AMH >=1.2ng/mL。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who underwent IVF-ET in the Reproductive Medicine Center of Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October, 2025 to December, 2027; 2.20-40 years old; 3.BMI >= 25 kg/m^2; 4.AMH >=1.2ng/mL.

排除标准：

1.目前正在接受减肥的产品或减肥手术治疗； 2.3 个月内进行过 IVF-ET 助孕治疗； 3.存在影响胚胎着床的子宫异常（包括子宫腺肌症、子宫肌壁间或浆膜下肌瘤、宫腔黏连等）； 4.器质性肥胖患者（如甲亢、甲状腺机能减退）； 5.其他研究者认为不适合入组的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Currently undergoing weight loss treatment with products or through weight loss surgery; 2. Have undergone IVF-ET assisted pregnancy treatment within the past 3 months; 3. Have uterine abnormalities that affect embryo implantation (including uterine adenomyosis, uterine fibroids within the myometrium or on the serosa, intrauterine adhesions, etc.); 4. Patients with organic obesity (such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism); 5. Other patients deemed ineligible for inclusion by the researchers.
