研究目的：

1、整合抗凝药效、基因、心理状态、热带地区气候特征、代谢组学、免疫、内分泌、超声等多维数据，构建针对RPL妊娠不同时期的指标轨迹变化的动态风险预警模型。 2、验证阶段测试模型对基层医院数据的泛化能力，以服务基层医院。 3、建设海南省热带地区复发性流产专病数据库，构建“预测-干预-随访”全链条转化路径。  

Objectives of Study：

1、To integrate multi-dimensional data encompassing anticoagulant efficacy, genetic factors, psychological status, tropical climate characteristics, metabolomics, immunology, endocrinology, and ultrasonography, in order to construct a dynamic risk early-warning model. This model will track changes in indicator trajectories across different gestational periods in Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL). 2、To validate the model by testing its generalizability with data from primary care hospitals during the verification phase, thereby extending its service utility to grassroots healthcare settings. 3、To establish a specialized RPL disease database for the tropical region of Hainan Province and develop a translational pathway encompassing the full cycle of "prediction-intervention-follow-up."

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.与同一配偶连续发生 2次及以上在妊娠 28周之前的妊娠丢失，包括生化妊娠；
2.夫妻双方染色体状态正常；
3.孕妇无过敏及缺陷历史记录；
4.肝功能正常，且近3个月内未使用口服避孕药、抗凝药及促纤溶药等对胎儿发育有潜在影响的药物；

Inclusion criteria

1.Have experienced two or more consecutive pregnancy losses before 28 weeks of gestation with the same partner, including biochemical pregnancies.
2.Both partners have a normal chromosomal karyotype;
3.The pregnant woman has no history of allergies or congenital anomalies;
4.Have normal liver function and have not used medications with potential adverse effects on fetal development such as oral contraceptives, anticoagulants, or fibrinolytics within the past three months.

排除标准：

1.生殖道感染病例；
2.子宫发育异常；
3.常规检查显示男方精液异常；
4.治疗期间出现严重不良反应；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cases with genital tract infections;
2.Uterine anomalies;
3.Routine examination indicates abnormal semen parameters in the male partner;
4.Experience severe adverse reactions during the treatment period;
