研究目的：

1.评价 CBCT 三维重建 + 影像融合导航 + Embo Assist 规划在儿童外周 AVM 介入栓塞治疗中的有效性（首次超选成功率、畸形团闭塞率）； 2.对比导航组与传统 DSA 组在辐射剂量、手术时间、造影剂用量、并发症发生率等方面的差异； 3.建立儿童外周 AVM 医工交叉精准介入的标准化操作流程（SOP）。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the effectiveness of CBCT three?dimensional reconstruction + image fusion navigation + Embo Assist planning in interventional embolization for pediatric peripheral arteriovenous malformations (AVM), with outcomes including first?pass superselective success rate and malformation occlusion rate. 2.To compare differences between the navigation group and conventional DSA group in terms of radiation dose, operation time, contrast agent dosage, and complication rate. 3.To establish a standard operating procedure (SOP) for precision interventional therapy in pediatric peripheral AVM through clinical?engineering cross?disciplinary collaboration..

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 0～18 岁，性别不限； 2.经超声、CTA 确诊为外周动静脉畸形（病变位于四肢、躯干）； 3.需接受介入栓塞治疗； 4.监护人签署知情同意书，能配合随访；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 0-18 years old, both sexes; 2.Diagnosed with peripheral arteriovenous malformations involving the extremities or trunk by ultrasonography and computed tomography angiography (CTA); 3.Candidates for interventional embolization treatment; 4.Informed consent has been signed by the legal guardian, and the patient is able to comply with the follow-up schedule;

排除标准：

1.严重心、肝、肾功能不全，凝血功能障碍；
2.病变累及中枢血管、内脏血管；
3.对造影剂或栓塞材料过敏；
4.无法完成术后随访；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, or coagulation dysfunction;
2.The lesion involves central blood vessels or visceral blood vessels;
3.Hypersensitivity to contrast agents or embolic materials;
4.Unable to comply with postoperative follow-up;
