Objectives of Study：

The prediction model developed in this study effectively identifies high-risk populations vulnerable to the disease, enabling the subsequent establishment of a management system to implement timely interventions for these individuals and prevent the occurrence of complications.

纳入标准：

1.接受心血管手术治疗的患者，手术类型：瓣膜成形或置换、冠状动脉搭桥、主动脉手术等；
2.麻醉方式：全身麻醉；
3.手术时间：≥2H；
4.年龄大于18周岁；
5.患者意识清楚，无精神疾病；
6.自愿参加研究，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery, including valve repair or replacement, coronary artery bypass grafting, aortic surgery, etc. 2. Anesthesia method: general anesthesia; 3. Operation time: >=2H; 4. Older than 18 years old; 5. The patient was conscious and had no mental disorder; 6. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent;

排除标准：

1.入室前已存在压力性损伤的患者； 2.存在影响观察的皮肤疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with pre-existing pressure injuries; 2. Patients with skin diseases that affect observation.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study utilized an anesthesia information management system (AIMS) for data collection. The Case Report Form (CRF) was integrated into this system to ensure standardized data capture and real-time quality control. All data underwent logical checks and anonymization after entry to guarantee data quality and privacy security.
