研究目的：

1. 探究胎盘从低置状态自然转归为正常位置的中位时间及时间分布特征。 2. 分析不同初始位置（如前壁、后壁、侧壁等）胎盘低置状态的迁移时间差异。 3. 评估影响胎盘位置迁移的相关因素（如母体年龄、孕产史、子宫形态、胎盘附着部位等）。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the median time and temporal distribution characteristics of the natural transition of the placenta from a low-lying state to a normal position. 2. Analyze the differences in migration time of low-lying placenta with different initial positions (such as anterior wall, posterior wall, lateral wall, etc.). 3. Assess the relevant factors affecting placental position migration (such as maternal age, obstetric history, uterine morphology, placental attachment site, etc.).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 于孕早期（11-13+6周）经超声检查，符合胎盘低置状态的诊断标准； 2. 在本院建立围产期保健档案并完成规范化定期产前检查； 3. 拥有完整的系列产检随访记录，包含分娩结局信息； 4. 孕期病历资料完整，可追溯孕期合并症及并发症病史。

Inclusion criteria

1. During early pregnancy (11-13+6 weeks), an ultrasound examination confirms they meet the diagnostic criteria for low-lying placenta; 2. They have established perinatal care records in this hospital and completed standardized regular prenatal check-ups; 3. They possess complete series of prenatal follow-up records, including delivery outcome information; 4. Their pregnancy medical records are complete and can trace the history of pregnancy-related complications and comorbidities.

排除标准：

1. 妊娠结局异常：包括自然流产、治疗性流产、胚胎停止发育或死胎； 2. 资料严重不全：关键超声图像缺失、连续两次及以上预定产检失访、或分娩结局记录缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal pregnancy outcomes: including spontaneous abortion, therapeutic abortion, embryonic development arrest, or stillbirth; 2. Severely incomplete data: missing key ultrasound images, missing two or more consecutive scheduled prenatal check-ups, or missing delivery outcome records.
