研究目的：

回顾性分析2022年03月01日-2025年01月31日期间在江苏省人民医院消化内科接受内镜下自体富血小板血浆治疗的慢性上消化道瘘患者，探究治疗的有效性与安全性，并分析其影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective analysis was performed on patients with chronic upper gastrointestinal fistula who underwent endoscopic autologous platelet-rich plasma therapy at the Department of Gastroenterology, Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital between March 1, 2022 and January 31, 2025, to investigate the efficacy and safety of the treatment and analyze its influencing factors.

纳入标准：

2022.3-2025.1 接受PRP治疗的患者，年龄18-80岁，经诊断为慢性上消化道瘘患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who received PRP treatment between March 2022 and January 2025, aged 18–80 years, and diagnosed with chronic upper gastrointestinal fistula.

排除标准：

1. 凝血功能障碍及出血性疾病； 2. 严重心肺功能疾病； 3. 不能耐受麻醉； 4. 处于妊娠状态； 5. 脑卒中急性期； 6. 精神疾病； 7. 无法配合治疗及随访的患者； 8. 近两个月食管癌术后放化疗病史； 9. Hb＜90g/L, PLT＜120×10^9/L； 10. 瘘口＞1cm； 11. 随访不满半年

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coagulation dysfunction and bleeding disorders; 2. Serious cardiopulmonary diseases; 3. Cannot tolerate anesthesia; 4. In a state of pregnancy; 5. Acute stage of stroke; 6. Mental illness; 7. Patients who are unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 8. History of postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for esophageal cancer in the past two months; 9. Hb < 90g/L, PLT < 120×10^9/L; 10. Fistula > 1cm; 11. With a follow-up period of less than 6 months
