研究目的：

探讨广东地区腺样体肥大（AH）患儿中医体质及其相关因素。了解该地区本病的流行趋势与规律，诱发原因及危险因素，分析 AH 中医体质分布与相关因素的关系，为临床 AH 防治及 AH 的早期诊断并及时干预等提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitutions and related factors of children with adenoid hypertrophy (AH) in the Guangdong region. To understand the epidemiological trends and patterns, inducement causes, and risk factors of this disease in the region, analyze the relationship between TCM constitution distribution and related factors in AH, and provide references for clinical prevention and treatment of AH, as well as for early diagnosis and timely intervention of AH.

纳入标准：

病例组 1.符合 2024 年《儿童腺样体肥大中医临床实践指南》中腺样体肥大诊断标准； 2.年龄 3 至 10 周岁；性别不限；居住广东≥1 年； 3.病程≥1 月，近 1 个月无上、下呼吸道感染史； 4.患儿及其家长知情同意，且能理解问卷内容，配合问卷调查； 对照组 1. 符合 2024 年《儿童腺样体肥大中医临床实践指南》中腺样体肥大诊断标准。 2. 年龄 3 至 10 周岁；性别不限；居住广东≥1 年。 3. 病程≥1 月，近 1 个月无上、下呼吸道感染史； 4. 患儿及其家长知情同意，且能理解问卷内容，配合问卷调查。

Inclusion criteria

Case group 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for adenoid hypertrophy in the 2024 "Clinical Practice Guidelines for Traditional Chinese Medicine in Children with Adenoid Hypertrophy"; 2.Aged 3 to 10 years; any gender; have lived in Guangdong for ≥1 year; 3.Illness duration ≥1 month, with no history of upper or lower respiratory tract infection in the past month; 4.The child and their parents provide informed consent, can understand the questionnaire content, and cooperate with the survey; Control Group 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for adenoid hypertrophy according to the 2024 "Clinical Practice Guidelines for Chinese Medicine in Pediatric Adenoid Hypertrophy". 2. Age 3 to 10 years; any gender; living in Guangdong for ≥1 year. 3. Disease course ≥1 month, with no history of upper or lower respiratory tract infection in the past month. 4. Children and their parents provide informed consent, can understand the questionnaire content, and cooperate with the survey.

排除标准：

病例组 1.曾行腺样体或扁桃体切除术； 2.严重影响睡眠，明显解剖结构改变，如鼻中隔偏曲等； 3.患有严重的心血管、肝、肾、造血、免疫系统、精神障碍性等其他原发疾病； 4.患儿或监护人不配合； 对照组 1.以“眠时打鼾、张口呼吸”等为主诉就诊的； 2.既往 AH 病史，经治疗后痊愈的； 3.患有严重的心血管、肝、肾、造血、免疫系统、精神障碍性等其他原发疾病； 4.患儿或监护人不配合。

Exclusion criteria：

Case group 1.History of adenoidectomy or tonsillectomy; 2.Severe sleep disturbances or significant anatomical changes, such as nasal septum deviation; 3.Presence of serious primary diseases affecting the cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic, immune systems, or mental disorders; 4.Lack of cooperation from the child or guardian; Control Group 1. Patients who visit the doctor mainly because of ‘snoring during sleep, mouth breathing,’ etc.; 2. Those with a history of AH who have recovered after treatment; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic, immune systems, or psychiatric disorders; 4. Children or guardians who are uncooperative.
