研究目的：

实施心衰患者口腔健康相关生活质量干预方案并验证干预效果，以期为有效改善心衰患者口腔健康、促进患者康复、改善结局提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

Implement an intervention program related to oral health-related quality of life for patients with heart failure and verify the intervention effect, with the aim of providing a reference for effectively improving the oral health of heart failure patients, promoting their recovery, and enhancing the outcome.

纳入标准：

1.由心内科医生诊断为心衰 2.年龄≥60岁 3.能够以书面或口头方式完成问卷 4.知情同意并自愿参加本研究 5.可以使用智能手机且熟练操作微信，近期均未参与其他干预研究

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosed with heart failure by a cardiologist 2.Age >= 60 years old 3.Capable of completing the questionnaire in written or oral form 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study 5.Capable of using a smartphone and proficient in operating WeChat, and has not participated in other intervention studies recently

排除标准：

1。近一个月内有急性心肌梗死发作 2.有其他系统严重合并症或并发症，如恶性肿瘤、肝肾肺等脏器的功能衰竭、精神疾病等

Exclusion criteria：

1.Within the past month, there has been an acute myocardial infarction episode 2.There are other serious comorbidities or complications in other systems, such as malignant tumors, functional failure of organs like the liver, kidneys, and lungs, and mental disorders, etc

干预组的参与者在院内我们会与您进行面对面健康教育（口腔健康教育为主），教授刷牙、漱口等技能，出院后我们会推送营养知识资 料等，院内院外干预时间总计5周，以帮助您减轻口腔衰弱和自我忽视，促进口腔健康行为。

由不参与受试者招募与干预实施的第三方研究人员，采用 SPSS 26.0 软件的随机数字生成器，按 1:1 比例生成区组随机序列（区组长度设为 4 或 6），并将分配结果密封于不透光信封中，由独立人员保管，招募者按入组顺序依次拆封分配组别。

By a third-party researcher who was not involved in the recruitment of the subjects or the implementation of the intervention, using the random number generator of SPSS 26.0 software, a random sequence of blocks was generated in a 1:1 ratio (with block lengths set to 4 or 6), and the allocation results were sealed in an opaque envelope and kept by independent personnel. The recruiters opened the envelopes in sequence according to the enrollment order to distribute the groups.

本研究的数据采集与管理体系由两部分共同构成：1. 纸质 / 电子病例记录表（Case Record Form, CRF），用于统一规范研究指标、临床信息与观察数据的标准化录入；2. 电子数据采集与管理系统（Electronic Data Capture, EDC）。本研究采用 ResMan 互联网版 EDC 系统，依托线上信息化平台完成数据实时录入、逻辑核查、权限管理、溯源留存与集中化管理，保障研究数据的完整性、准确性与规范性

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collection and management system of this study consists of two components: 1. paper or electronic Case Record Forms (CRFs), which standardize the entry of research indicators, clinical information and observational data; 2. the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system. This study adopted the web-based ResMan EDC system to realize real-time data entry, logical verification, authority management, traceable data storage and centralized data administration, thereby ensuring the integrity, accuracy and standardization of research data.
