研究目的：

主要目的：评估18F-FAPI PET/MR成像在房颤等多种心血管疾病患者心肌纤维化无创定量评估中的可行性与准确性，探索其在纤维化分期中的应用潜力。 次要目的：探讨18F-FAPI摄取程度与房颤类型（阵发性/持续性）等多种心血管疾病患者的临床转归（复发、康复、心血管全因死亡等）之间的关系；探讨18F-FAPI与心电参数相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of 18F-FAPI PET/MR imaging for non-invasive quantitative assessment of myocardial fibrosis in patients with various cardiovascular diseases, including atrial fibrillation, and to explore its potential utility in fibrosis staging. Secondary Objectives: To investigate the relationship between the extent of 18F-FAPI uptake and clinical outcomes (recurrence, recovery, cardiovascular and all-cause mortality, etc.) in patients with various cardiovascular diseases, including different types of atrial fibrillation (paroxysmal/persistent); and to explore the correlation between 18F-FAPI uptake and electrocardiographic parameters.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 病例组： (1) 年龄>18岁; (2) 明确诊断心脏病（心房颤动、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、缺血性心肌病、室性心动过速等）; (3) 已行或同意行动态心电图检测，并签署知情同意书; 2. 对照组： (1) 年龄>18岁; (2) 无心脏病病史; (3) 已行或同意行动态心电图检测，并签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

1. Case Group: (1) Age >18 years; (2) Definite diagnosis of heart disease [atrial fibrillation, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, ischemic cardiomyopathy, ventricular tachycardia, etc.]; (3) Have undergone or agree to undergo ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring and sign the informed consent form; 2. Control Group: (1) Age > 18 years; (2) No history of heart disease; (3) Have undergone or agree to undergo ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1. 病例组： (1) 严重瓣膜病或先天性心脏病; (2) 合并其他可能影响纤维化指标的严重系统性疾病; 1) 严重肝肾功能不全; 2) 自身免疫性疾病（如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎）; 3) 活动性恶性肿瘤; 4) 已知的全身性纤维化疾病（如肺纤维化）; (3) 无法配合PET/MR检查（如幽闭恐惧症、严重心律失常）； (4) 放射性药物过敏史; 2. 对照组： (1) 有心脏病症状或体征； (2) 心电图或其他检查提示可能存在心脏病； (3) 合并其他可能影响纤维化指标的严重系统性疾病（具体内容同上）;

Exclusion criteria：

1. Case Group: (1) Severe valvular heart disease or congenital heart disease; (2) Presence of other severe systemic diseases that may affect fibrosis indicators: 1) Severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 2) Autoimmune diseases (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis); 3) Active malignant tumor; 4) Known systemic fibrotic disease (e.g., pulmonary fibrosis); (3) Inability to cooperate with PET/MR examination (e.g., claustrophobia, severe arrhythmia); (4) History of allergy to radiopharmaceuticals; 2. Control Group: (1) Symptoms or signs of heart disease; (2) ECG or other examinations suggesting possible heart disease; (3) Presence of other severe systemic diseases that may affect fibrosis indicators (same as above);
