研究目的：

本研究拟采用历史性对照研究设计： 1. 明确两种麻醉方式对肺结节穿刺定位术空气栓塞的影响； 2. 评估两种麻醉方式对患者其他并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to adopt a historical controlled research design to prospectively collect the improved data based on the previous anesthesia protocols of our center and compare it with the strictly matched historical traditional general anesthesia data. 1. Clarify the influence of the two anesthesia methods on air embolism in pulmonary nodule puncture and localization surgery; 2. Evaluate the impact of the two anesthesia methods on other complications of patients;

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥ 18岁；
2.计划行CT引导下肺穿刺定位术；
3.ASA分级 I-III级；
4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Ct-guided lung puncture and positioning surgery is planned; 3.ASA classification I-III; 4.Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.凝血功能严重异常；
2.严重肺动脉高压；
3.无法耐受单肺通气；
4.既往同侧肺部手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The coagulation function is severely abnormal;
2.Severe pulmonary arterial hypertension;
3.Cannot tolerate one-lung ventilation;
4.Previous history of ipsilateral lung surgery.

影像学确诊：术中或术后即刻复查CT，由不知分组情况的放射科医生确认心脏内（左心室），冠状动脉内存在气体影。 临床诊断：术中出现无法用其他原因解释的突发性低血压（平均动脉压下降 > 30%）、SpO?骤降、EtCO?突然下降、心律失常后，行胸部CT扫描确认，或术后出现神经系统症状（如意识障碍、抽搐）。

1. Data collection: Data were collected by uniformly trained researchers using standardized case report forms (CRF). 2.
