研究目的：

对比以预防为核心的新型院感集束化防控措施与传统的院感防控措施，对ICU多重耐药菌感染发生率的影响，探索更高效的适用于危重病人的院感防控策略  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with the new intensive prevention and control measures for nosocomial infection with prevention as the core and the traditional nosocomial infection prevention and control measures, the influence on the incidence of multidrug-resistant bacterial infection in ICU was explored, and a more efficient nosocomial infection prevention and control strategy applicable to critically ill patients was explored

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥ 18岁； 2.ICU 住院时间大于 48 小时的患者; 3.病历资料完整者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age must be 18 years or older; 2.Patients who have been admitted to the ICU for more than 48 hours; 3.Individuals with complete medical records.

排除标准：

1.入住 ICU 前已感染或分离出 MDRO的患者 ； 2.入住ICU 前导管留置时间＞ 48 小时的患者； 3.微生物标本采集不规范、炎症标志物监测断层。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who were infected or isolated with MDRO before admission to ICU; 2. Patients who had catheter retention time> 48 hours before admission to ICU; 3. Non-standard microbial specimen collection and discontinuity of inflammatory marker monitoring.
