研究目的：

本研究对眉山地区3～12岁儿童进行流行病学调查，旨在为眉山地区儿童矮小症的早期预防和干预提供本地化数据和理论支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study conducted an epidemiological investigation on children aged 3 to 12 in Meishan area, aiming to provide localized data and theoretical support for early prevention and intervention of dwarfism in children in Meishan area.

纳入标准：

1.年龄3～12岁；
2.眉山市东坡区地区常住人口并且在我院儿保建档儿童中9000-10000例；
3.视听功能以及言语功能正常；

Inclusion criteria

1. 3~12Children aged 3 to 12 years old; 2. Permanent residents in Dongpo District, Meishan City, with health records established in the Department of Child Health of our hospital; 3. Normal audiovisual and verbal functions, able to cooperate with physical measurement;

排除标准：

1.患已知的染色体异常、严重先天畸形等；
2.过去一年内曾长期（连续超过3个月）或大剂量使用过可能影响生长的药物；
3.存在严重认知或行为障碍，不能够配合完成基本体格测量、问卷调查等；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known chromosomal abnormalities, severe congenital malformations, chronic systemic diseases and other diseases affecting growth and development; 2.?Continuous use for >=3 months or high-dose use of drugs that may affect growth and development (such as glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, etc.) in the past 12 months; 3. Severe cognitive impairment, mental behavioral abnormalities, unable to cooperate with physical measurement and data collection;
