研究目的：

通过建立首次治愈的结石患者队列，随访观察结石复发情况，采用靶向代谢组学技术，筛选泌尿系结石相关的生物标志物，构建有效的泌尿系结石症风险预测模型，并验证其有效性。为目前临床上尿结石症难预防、高复发问题提供的解决提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective cohort of first-episode stone patients who achieved complete stone clearance will be established for longitudinal follow-up of recurrence. Targeted metabolomics will be utilized to identify disease-specific biomarkers, enabling the development and validation of a predictive risk model for urolithiasis recurrence. This approach offers a novel strategy to address the persistent clinical challenges of prevention and high recurrence rates in urinary stone disease

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经影像学检查确诊为泌尿系结石； （2）年龄18-80岁； （3）结石完全清除，表现为接受治疗后1月复查泌尿系超声及泌尿系X线平片（KUB）未见结石； （4）受试者自愿参加研究并已签署知情同意书。 同时满足以上所有标准可纳入

Inclusion criteria

Eligibility criteria: (1) Radiologically confirmed urolithiasis; (2) Age 18–80 years; (3) Stone-free status documented by ultrasound and KUB at 1-month post-treatment; (4) Signed informed consent. All of the above criteria must be met simultaneously to be included.

排除标准：

（1）年龄<18岁或者年龄>80岁； （2）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （3）接受治疗后无法达到结石完全清除； （4）存在泌尿系统畸形，或不由结石引起的泌尿系梗阻； （5）三个月内参加过其它临床试验者。 符合以上任一项者不能纳入。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age <18 years or >80 years; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Failure to achieve complete stone clearance after treatment; (4) Presence of urinary tract malformation or urinary obstruction not caused by stones; (5) Participation in other clinical trials within three months. Those who meet any of the above criteria will not be included.
