研究目的：

通过仰头闭口/张口侧位照计算解剖参数（如开口度、甲颏距离、下颌活动角度、颌面喉结夹角），更加准确预测困难气道。验证测量参数对于预测困难气道的可靠性和预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To calculate anatomical parameters (such as inter-incisor distance, thyromental distance, mandibular range of motion, and mandibular-hyoid angle) from lateral head and neck photographs taken in both the extended closed-mouth and open-mouth positions, for the more accurate prediction of a difficult airway.To validate the reliability and predictive value of these measured parameters for predicting a difficult airway.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、需全身麻醉气管插管的成年患者1000例 2、意识清楚，能够配合完成面部图像采集与相关气道评估操作 3、签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. 1000 adult patients scheduled to undergo general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation. 2. Conscious and alert, and able to cooperate with the facial image acquisition and relevant airway assessment procedures. 3. Have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、存在面部先天性畸形、近期面部创伤或手术史 2、有明确的颈部疾病导致颈部活动严重受限 3、已知的困难气道因素

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of congenital facial deformities, recent facial trauma, or history of facial surgery. 2. Documented cervical spine or neck pathology causing severe limitation in neck movement. 3. Known or documented factors associated with a difficult airway.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究由研究员赵昕负责受试者资料的采集，所有采集的数据均录入计算机。所有源数据及处理分析数据资料由研究员赵昕和总负责人姚卫东管理。参试者基本信息及医疗记录将完整地保存在我院。且在法律允许的范围内，本研究组成员将尽一切努力保护参试者医疗资料的隐私。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this study, researcher Zhao Xin was responsible for the collection of subjects' data, and all the collected data were input into the computer. All source data and processing and analysis data are managed by researcher Zhao Xin and general manager Weidong Yao. The basic information and medical records of the participants will be kept in our hospital. To the extent permitted by law, members of the Study group will make every effort to protect the privacy of participants' medical information.
