研究目的：

1.识别孕前正常体重女性中GDM发生相关的拟杆菌菌种及鞘脂代谢代谢特征； 2.阐明拟杆菌代谢产物介导的致病机制； 3.构建基于微生态特征的妊娠结局预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify the bacteroides species related to the occurrence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and the metabolic characteristics of sphingolipids in women with normal weight before pregnancy; 2. Clarify mediated the pathogenic mechanism of bacteroides metabolites; 3. Build the pregnancy outcome prediction model based on micro ecological characteristics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.　孕前BMI为18.5～23.9kg/m^2,且孕前腰围<80cm； 2.　单胎孕妇； 3.　孕前无糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗病史； 4.　无重大慢性病病史（如冠心病、慢性肝病、免疫缺陷等）； 5.　参与者自己有能力充分理解研究目的和要求，自愿提供血液样本、粪便样本和调查所需信息。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pre-pregnancy BMI is between 18.5 and 23.9 kg/m2, and pre-pregnancy waist circumference is less than 80 cm; 2. Single pregnancy; 3. No history of diabetes or insulin resistance before pregnancy; 4. No history of major chronic diseases (such as coronary heart disease, chronic liver disease, immune deficiency, etc.); 5. Participants have the ability to fully understand the purpose and requirements of the study on their own and voluntarily provide blood samples, fecal samples, and information required for the survey.

排除标准：

1.　非自然受孕者； 2.　孕期体重增加超过建议范围（孕12周以内体重增加≥4.5kg，或孕28周前已增加≥8.5kg）； 3.　有妊娠合并症（如高血压、甲状腺功能异常等）； 4.　采样前4周内服用过抗生素、微生态活菌制剂等； 5.　采样前4周内有腹泻病或其他胃肠道疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who did not conceive naturally; 2. Weight gain during pregnancy exceeds the recommended range (weight gain of ≥4.5kg within 12 weeks of pregnancy, or ≥8.5kg before 28 weeks of pregnancy); 3. There are pregnancy complications (such as hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, etc.); 4. Having taken antibiotics, microecological live bacteria preparations, etc. within 4 weeks before sampling; 5. There was a history of diarrhea or other gastrointestinal diseases within 4 weeks before sampling.
