研究目的：

验证CQI在反映OHCA患者胸外按压质量方面是否非劣效于ETCO?，并探索其作为替代指标的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify whether CQI is non-inferior to ETCO? in reflecting chest compression quality in OHCA patients and to investigate its feasibility as an alternative indicator.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 急诊中心接收的院外心跳骤停患者，且建立人工气道者； 2. 患者心跳骤停至接受CPR时间不超过10分钟（如果为院前发生心跳骤停由救护车送达，CPR时间是否超过10分钟，从救护车医务人员处询问获得）； 3.年龄≥18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) admitted to the emergency center, with an established artificial airway; 2.Time from cardiac arrest to initiation of CPR does not exceed 10 minutes (if the arrest occurred prehospital and the patient was transported by ambulance, information regarding whether CPR duration exceeded 10 minutes will be obtained from ambulance medical staff). 3.Age >=18 years;

排除标准：

1 .年龄＜18岁； 2. 孕期妇女； 3. 胸部外伤影响胸外按压； 4.患者家属拒绝心肺复苏（DNR）； 5.恶性肿瘤，姑息治疗患者； 6. 研究团队认为不适宜复苏的患者； 7. 复苏期间接受ECMO治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 18 years; 2.Pregnant women; 3.Chest trauma affecting chest compressions; 4. Patient family refusal of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (DNR); 5.Patients with malignant tumors under palliative care; 6.Patients deemed unsuitable for resuscitation by the research team; 7. Patients receiving ECMO therapy during resuscitation.
