研究目的：

探索通过增加饮水量、改善水合状态方法，揭示水合状态对肥胖儿童和肽素、水通道蛋白表达等以及代谢相关指标的影响，分析可能的生理机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of increasing water intake and improving hydration status on copeptin, aquaporin expression, and metabolic-related indicators in obese children, and to analyze the underlying physiological mechanisms

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄8岁-10岁（小学3-4年级）； 2. 依据《学龄儿童青少年超重与肥胖筛查》（WS/T 586）判定肥胖； 3. 饮水量<1000ml/d。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 8–10 years (grades 3–4 of primary school); 2. Classified as obese according to the Screening for Overweight and Obesity in School?age Children and Adolescents (WS/T 586); 3. Daily water intake < 1000 mL.

排除标准：

1. 二级以上医院诊断的口腔、肝、肾、心血管疾病、糖尿病、慢性泌尿系感染和自身免疫性疾病及贫血、甲状腺功能异常者； 2. 长期口服利尿剂、糖皮质激素等药物； 3. 3个月内参加过其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosed with oral, liver, kidney, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic urinary tract infection, autoimmune diseases, anemia, or thyroid dysfunction by a Class-II or higher hospital; 2. Long-term use of oral diuretics, glucocorticoids, or other similar medications; 3. Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
