研究目的：

探讨膜解剖理念下精准手术配合在腹腔镜肿瘤根治术中的应用效果，分析其对手术效率与安全、护理配合质量、患者术后康复、医生满意度及护士工作压力的影响，为临床制定该类手术的术中护理规范提供循证依据  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application effect of precise surgical coordination based on membrane anatomy concepts in laparoscopic tumor radical resection, and to analyze its influence on surgical efficiency and safety, nursing coordination quality, postoperative recovery of patients, doctor satisfaction, and nurse work pressure, in order to provide evidence-based basis for the formulation of intraoperative nursing norms for this type of surgery in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理活检确诊为胃/结直肠恶性肿瘤，符合膜解剖理念下腹腔镜根治术手术指征；2.年龄大于18岁，性别不限；3.无严重心、肝、肾、肺等重要脏器功能障碍，无凝血功能异常，无手术禁忌证；4.自愿参与本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient was diagnosed with gastric/colorectal malignant tumors through pathological biopsy, which met the surgical indications for laparoscopic radical resection under the concept of membrane anatomy; 2.The patient is over 18 years old, with no restrictions on gender; 3.There is no severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, kidney, or lung, no abnormal coagulation function, and no surgical contraindications; 4.The patient voluntarily participates in this study and signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤、严重感染、自身免疫性疾病者；2.术前接受放化疗、靶向治疗等抗肿瘤治疗者；3.手术中转开腹、更改手术方式者；4.认知功能障碍、精神疾病，无法配合评价者；5.资料收集不完整者；6.认知功能障碍、精神疾病者，无法配合研究相关调查者；7.临床资料不全，无法完成指标收集者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with other malignant tumors, severe infections, or autoimmune diseases; 2.Those who received anti-tumor treatments such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy before the surgery; 3.Those whose surgeries were converted to open surgeries or whose surgical methods were changed; 4.Those with cognitive dysfunction or mental disorders and who cannot cooperate with the evaluation; 5.Those whose data collection is incomplete. 6.Those with cognitive dysfunction or mental disorders and who cannot cooperate with the research-related surveys; 7.Those whose clinical data are incomplete and cannot complete the collection of indicators.

采用随机数字表法进行随机分组，生成56个随机数字，将随机数字按奇、偶性分组：奇数对应干预组，偶数对应对照组，每组各28例。

盲法：

结合本研究特点，由于护理配合方式由手术护士实施，护士无法实现盲法；主刀医生需根据手术操作需求接收器械，亦无法实现盲法，故采用部分盲法，具体实施如下： 评价者盲法：负责收集资料的研究成员，不参与手术护理配合，不了解患者分组情况，仅根据手术记录、护理记录及临床观察收集数据，避免评价偏倚。 统计者盲法：负责数据整理、统计分析的研究成员，不参与研究设计、手术护理及指标收集，仅接收标注序号（未标注分组）的原始数据，待统计分析完成后，再与分组记录进行核对，确保统计结果的客观性。

Blinding：

Based on the characteristics of this study, since the nursing cooperation is carried out by the surgical nurses, the nurses cannot achieve blinding; the surgeon needs to receive the instruments according to the surgical operation requirements, and also cannot achieve blinding. Therefore, a partial blinding method is adopted. The specific implementation is as follows: Evaluator blinding: The research members responsible for collecting data do not participate in the surgical nursing cooperation, do not know the patient's group allocation, and only collect data based on the surgical records, nursing records, and clinical observations to avoid bias in evaluation. Statistical blinding: The research members responsible for data organization and statistical analysis do not participate in the study design, surgical nursing, and indicator collection. They only receive the original data marked with numbers (without group labels). After the statistical analysis is completed, they will check and compare with the group records to ensure the objectivity of the statistical results.
