研究目的：

本研究旨在明确术前维生素D水平作为儿童POD预测指标的敏感性，并通过基础实验探索其潜在的作用机制，即维生素D与维生素D受体（VDR）结合后，如何调控Nrf2通路并抑制铁死亡，减少海马神经元损伤，从而为小儿术后谵妄的防治提供新的理论依据和干预靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to determine the sensitivity of preoperative vitamin D levels as a predictor for pediatric postoperative delirium (POD) and to investigate its potential mechanisms through foundational experiments, specifically how vitamin D binds to the vitamin D receptor (VDR), regulates the Nrf2 pathway, and inhibits ferroptosis, which helps reduce hippocampal neuronal damage. This offers new theoretical foundations and intervention targets for preventing and treating postoperative delirium in children.

纳入标准：

性别不限，年龄 3-6 岁，择期全麻下行腹腔镜手术，美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，患儿及监护人均对研究知请，并已签署同意书

Inclusion criteria

No gender restrictions; children aged 3–6 years; scheduled laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I–II; both the child and their guardian are fully informed about the study and have signed the consent form.

排除标准：

1.患儿经历过全麻手术 2.近两周出现上呼吸道感染、有哮喘病史等呼吸系统疾病者 3.先天性心脏病、先天性发育不良等心功能不全者 4.严重肝肾疾病者 5.体重指数（BMI）>=30者 6.患儿存在智力障碍、发育迟缓及精神疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

1.The child has undergone general anesthesia surgery 2.Those with respiratory diseases such as upper respiratory tract infection and a history of asthma in the past two weeks 3.Those with cardiac insufficiency such as congenital heart disease and congenital dysplasia 4.Those with severe liver and kidney diseases 5.Those with a body mass index (BMI) >= 30 6.Children with dysgnosia, developmental delay, and mental illnesses

Biological Samples: Destruction: After the study concludes, remaining biological samples are usually destroyed (e.g., high-pressure sterilization or incineration) under the supervision of an ethics committee.
