研究目的：

分析肝移植（Liver transplantation, LT）术后早期感染的独立危险因素，探讨手术当天血糖平均值（Average glucose, AG）及手术当天血糖标准差（Standard deviation of Glucose, SDBG）对术后早期感染的协同效应，并构建及验证术后感染的预测模型，以期为临床防治肝移植术后感染、优化围术期血糖管理提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the independent risk factors for early postoperative infection following liver transplantation (LT), to investigate the synergistic effects of average glucose (AG) and standard deviation of blood glucose (SDBG) on the day of surgery on early postoperative infection, and to develop and validate a predictive model for postoperative infection. To provide a reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of post-LT infection and the optimization of perioperative glycemic management.

纳入标准：

1.研究时间内行肝移植患者；
2.患者移植前至少连续1周无临床及实验室检查感染证据；
3.病历中拥有足够的围术期血糖值记录，至少包含术后3天数据；
4.病例资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who underwent liver transplantation during the study period;
2. Patients had no clinical or laboratory evidence of infection for at least one week prior to transplantation;
3. Sufficient perioperative blood glucose records were available, including data for at least three days postoperatively;
4. Complete clinical data were available;

排除标准：

1.术前1周内存在感染及细菌定植；
2.行肝移植术后1个月内因非感染性因素致死亡；
3.二次肝移植患者；
4.临床资料严重缺失患者；
5.术中联合使用ECMO技术；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with evidence of infection or bacterial colonization within one week prior to transplantation;
2. Patients who died from non-infectious causes within one month after liver transplantation;
3. Patients undergoing repeat liver transplantation;
4. Patients with severely incomplete clinical data;
5. Patients who received extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support during the procedure;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究为单中心回顾性研究，数据来源于广西医科大学第二附属医院器官移植临床医学中心的电子病历系统。由两名研究者独立采集患者的人口学特征、术前实验室指标、术中参数、围术期血糖值及术后感染结局等信息，并录入Excel软件建立数据库。数据录入完成后，由第三名研究者进行交叉核对，确保数据的准确性和完整性。所有数据均存储在加密的计算机中，仅研究团队成员可访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This single-center retrospective study retrieved clinical data from the electronic medical record system of the Organ Transplantation Clinical Medical Center, The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. Demographic characteristics, preoperative laboratory parameters, intraoperative variables, perioperative blood glucose levels, and postoperative infection outcomes were independently collected by two investigators and entered into a database using Excel software. After data entry, a third investigator performed cross-checking to ensure accuracy and completeness. All data were stored on password-protected computers accessible only to the research team.
