研究目的：

二次清宫增加患者痛苦及医疗成本。明确危险因素可早期干预，降低再手术率。 本研究目的： 1. 识别独立危险因素 2. 构建风险预测模型 3. 优化术后管理策略  

Objectives of Study：

The second curettage increases the pain and medical costs of patients. Early intervention can reduce the reoperation rate by identifying the risk factors. Objective of this study: 1. identify independent risk factors 2. build a risk prediction model 3. optimize postoperative management strategy

纳入标准：

1. 本院接受人工流产手术者； 2. 术后随访资料完整（含超声、HCG记录）；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing induced abortion in our hospital; 2. Complete postoperative follow-up data (including ultrasound and hCG records);

排除标准：

1. 失访或关键数据缺失 > 20%； 2. 合并凝血功能障碍或恶性肿瘤；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Loss of follow-up or loss of key data > 20%; 2. Complicated with coagulation dysfunction or malignant tumor;
