抑郁症(MDD)是一组以情绪低落，兴趣减退和意志力缺乏为主要症状的精神障碍。据世界卫生组织(WHO)报道，目前全球约有 3.5亿人 受到抑郁症的影响，全球患病比例高达4.4%，抑郁症已经逐渐成为了导致全球残疾的重要原因之一。  

Target disease：

Depression (MDD) is a group of mental disorders with low mood, diminished interest and lack of willpower as the main symptoms. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), about 350 million people worldwide are affected by depression, with a global prevalence rate of 4.4%, and depression has gradually become one of the major causes of disability worldwide.

研究目的：

1.运用蛋白组学研究抑郁症和健康人群血小板中外泌体蛋白的差异，通过差异分析、相关性分析和功能分析解析抑郁症所蕴含的病理信号通路。 2.构建血小板外泌体蛋白的疾病诊断模型，探索其在抑郁症诊断上的作用，并试图在寻找抑郁症新型诊断生物标志物方面提供新的见解与思考。 3.分析两种诊断模型在诊断准确率、特异性、敏感性等方面的差异，并试图识别两者间的重叠蛋白标志物，进而探索潜在血小板外泌体蛋白标志物在抑郁症治疗中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Use proteomics to study the differences of exosomal proteins in platelets of depressed and healthy populations, and analyse the pathological signaling pathways underlying depression through difference analysis, correlation analysis and functional analysis. 2. Construct a diagnostic model of platelet exosomal proteins, explore its role in the diagnosis of depression, and try to provide new insights and thoughts in the search for novel diagnostic biomarkers for depression. 3. Analyse the differences between the two diagnostic models in terms of diagnostic accuracy, specificity and sensitivity, and try to identify overlapping protein markers between them, and then explore the application value of potential platelet exosome protein markers in the treatment of depression.

纳入标准：

1. 符合或达到《美国精神障碍诊断统计手册》第五版（Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition, DSM-5）及《疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类》第十一次修订本（The eleventh edition of the International Classification of Diseases, ICD-11）中抑郁症的首次诊断标准且未接受精神科药物治疗； 2. 中国汉族居民，年龄 18 至 65 周岁； 3. 小学以上文化程度； 4. 汉密尔顿抑郁量表（17-item Hamilton Depression Scale，HAMD-17）评分>=17 分； 5. 自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。 (1) 符合或达到 DSM-5 及 ICD-11 抑郁症的诊断标准，且已经接受抗抑郁药物治疗至少 2 周且病情稳定； (2) 中国汉族居民，年龄 18 至 65 周岁； (3) 小学以上文化程度； (4) HAMD-17 分>=17 分； (5) 自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。 1) HAMD-17 评分<=7 分，无精神疾病个人和家族史，无精神科药物服用史； 2) 中国汉族居民，年龄 18 至 65 周岁； 3) 小学以上文化程度； 4) 自愿参加本项研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conform to or reach the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition DSM-5 and The eleventh edition of the international Classification of Diseases (the eleventh revision) The first diagnostic criteria for depression in ICD-11 and not having received psychiatric drug treatment; 2. Chinese Han residents, aged between 18 and 65 years old; 3. Primary school education or above; 4. The score of the 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) is >=17 points; 5. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form. (1) Meeting or reaching the diagnostic criteria for depression as stipulated in DSM-5 and ICD-11, and having received antidepressant drug treatment for at least 2 weeks with stable condition; (2) Chinese Han residents, aged between 18 and 65 years old; (3) Primary school education or above; (4) HAMD-17 points >=17 points; (5) Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form. 1) HAMD-17 score <=7 points, no personal or family history of mental illness, and no history of taking psychiatric drugs; 2) Chinese Han residents, aged between 18 and 65 years old; 3) Primary school education or above; 4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 患有其他 DSM-5 及 ICD-11 诊断的精神障碍，如精神分裂症、双相障碍、人格障碍等； 2. 既往有任何改良电休克治疗（MECT）史的患者。 3. 合并有严重躯体疾病，如冠心病、甲状腺功能异常等； 4. 曾有过导致意识丧失的颅脑外伤史或癫痫病史； 5. 有药物或物质滥用/依赖史； 6. 处于妊娠期、哺乳期妇女或备孕（育）阶段； 7. 近期出现发热、急性感染或传染病等情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from other mental disorders diagnosed by DSM-5 and ICD-11, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, etc. 2. Patients with any previous history of modified electroconvulsive therapy (MECT). 3. Combined with serious physical diseases, such as coronary heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, etc. 4. There has been a history of craniocerebral trauma or epilepsy that led to loss of consciousness; 5. Has a history of drug or substance abuse/dependence; 6. Women who are pregnant, lactating or in the stage of preparing for pregnancy (childbearing); 7. Recently, there have been conditions such as fever, acute infection or infectious diseases.
